Curricula

   Our curricula is formulated so that the student will have a workbook containing weekly lessons and accompanying questions. The Teacher's edition of the workbook is identical to the Student's except that answers to the questions are included.

   For a small number of students in a classroom you may wish to order bound workbooks from us. However, if a larger number is needed we have provided all that is necessary on a CD for you or your church to print and bind as many lessons as you wish. A CD version is available for each of the studies.

  • Six Secrets of the Christian Life

         What does the Bible really have to say about Christian living? Are simple formulas the secret of Christian experience? Or is the process complicated and difficult? These lessons address this issue through a careful study of several Biblical passages that are central to the Christian life. 

         

         "Six Secrets of the Christian Life" is a thirteen week course based on the book by Zane Hodges. There is a student manual with questions and a Teacher's manual with answers: the student must purchase the book with the manual. This is a good study for new Christians or beginners in Bible study.

  • The Seven "I Am's" of John and
    The Seven Signs in John's Gospel

         The "I Am" sayings in John occur as a Diety formula in the pronouncements in this gospel. Thus, in making these proclamations, Jesus is revealing not only who He is, but what He intends to accomplish in His followers. There are eight lessons in this series.

       John selected seven distinct and specific signs to prove that Jesus is indeed the Christ, the expected Jewish Messiah. This study explores the significance of each one in eight lessons.

       These two studies have been combined into one workbook and one CD for a total of sixteen lessons.

  • Colossians - the Supremacy & Sufficiency of Christ


      

       This is a verse-by-verse study of the Epistle to the Colossians. Explore Paul's argument that Christ is not only sufficient for the believer, but He is superior to any false doctrine facing the reader. There are thirteen lessons in this study. Level of understanding is moderate to advanced.

  • Daniel - Key to Prophecy

    What one book of the bible has a most timely message for man in his attempt to establish Utopia on earth through self-rule? The answer is Daniel and this book holds the key to prophecy. A serious Bible student should know the signs of the times from Scripture rather than the nightly news.

    This study is laid out in 25 lessons and is appropriate for the moderate to advanced Bible student.

  • Jesus Christ, Our Superior Savior, a Commentary on the Book of Hebrews 

    What Gentile believer in the Church age could ever be charged with going back into Levitical Judaism? This writer believes that this Epistle was specifically written to male Levitical priests who lived in Judea and were in danger of turning from their faith in Christ and going back into Judaism. Follow this argument in this 29 week study on the Book of Hebrews. Recommended for advanced Bible students.

  • The Acts of the Apostles


    "Acts stands out as a singular and unique book in the NT because it is the only historical sequel to the four Gospels." Thus begins a 30 week adventure as you follow the apostles and the early church from Jerusalem to Rome.

    This study is perfect for the advancing student who will discover the basis of Pauline theology amidst a better understanding of the transitional nature of this book.

Product Testing

   It has been my pleasure to teach each of these studies to my Sunday school class at Village Parkway Baptist Church. Each of my students has become a diligent learner of the Word. I affectionately call them my "proofreaders", as they are faithful to point out any typos or misspelled words they find.
